That said, the 3Box Platform is purpose-built for running the system and is included with every tier. It gives your teams real-time Target Boards, built-in voting and session tools, and metrics that track your progress automatically. You can start without it, but most teams prefer having everything in one place.
The 3 Box System works for teams of 3 to 15 people. Larger departments run multiple team structures that roll up into an organizational view. No extra meetings required.
